Hello and welcome! My name is Patti, and 5 years ago my life was dark, dangerous, destructive, and diseased. I was paralyzed with grief and illness, and I felt my career was in full control of my life. My days were filled with anxiety, stress, sadness, digestive distress, joint pain, brain fog, and my biggest struggle every day was simply getting out of bed. One day someone suggested I hire a Life Coach. At first, I didn’t have any idea what a Life Coach was or that a Life Coach would be helpful to me, but over the course of 3 months we went through an eye-opening process that changed my life.
What I now know to be true is:
I can heal myself
I can turn grief and pain into power
It’s ok not to love or even like your life
It’s ok to put myself first
I can have a career and be a good mom
I am enough
After my own transformation, I wanted to help others the way I had been helped. So, I went through a rigorous process to get my Health and Life Coaching Certification. After this, I went on to complete my mastery-level certification in Transformational Change.
Every client I have worked with has had a series of breakthroughs like the ones I shared.
